Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 16 May 2026

Welcome to Voryzen.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website voryzen.co.uk and any content, information or materials made available through it.

These Terms and Conditions apply to website use only. Any client project, proposal, contract, invoice, statement of work or service agreement may include additional terms. Where there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will take priority for that project.

6. Portfolio work and case studies

This website may display work, concepts, visuals, websites, designs, brand assets or project material created by Voryzen for clients or internal purposes.

Some materials shown in portfolio work may belong to the relevant client, brand owner or third-party rights holder. These materials are displayed for portfolio, commentary and promotional purposes only.

7. Enquiries and project discussions

Submitting an enquiry, booking a call, completing a form or discussing a project with us does not create a binding contract between you and Voryzen.

A project only becomes confirmed when we have agreed the relevant proposal, scope, payment terms and project terms with you.

We reserve the right to accept, decline or stop discussions about any potential project at our discretion.

8. Client projects and service agreements

Client projects are governed by the relevant proposal, invoice, contract, statement of work or service agreement agreed between Voryzen and the client.

These project documents may cover matters such as:

  • timelines
  • revision rounds
  • client responsibilities
  • project delays
  • ownership

Where a project agreement is in place, that agreement will apply to the project in addition to these website terms.

9. Payments, deposits and invoices

Where you purchase services from Voryzen, payment terms will be set out in the relevant proposal, invoice, contract or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • additional work outside the agreed scope may be quoted and billed separately
  • payments already made may be non-refundable where work has begun or resources have been allocated

Any specific payment terms in your signed client agreement or invoice will take priority over this section.

10. Client responsibilities

Where you work with Voryzen on a project, you may be responsible for providing information, content, assets, access, feedback and approvals in a timely manner.

Delays in providing required materials, feedback or approvals may affect the project timeline and may result in additional costs.

You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you provide to us are accurate, lawful and that you have the right to use and share them.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms, pricing, licences, availability and privacy policies.

Voryzen is not responsible for third-party service failures, pricing changes, outages, licence restrictions, security issues, updates or changes outside our control.
